Real estate has always been my passion, as I grew up with one of the top brokers in the country, my dad Doug Burger. I learned so much through him even at a young age, which is why I got my Real Estate license at 18, the youngest I could! When working with clients, my main goal is to give them all the knowledge and tools that I have learned from my hundreds of transactions over the years and help them make the best decisions for their families while not ever feeling pressured. From $20k mobile homes to $1,000,000+ waterfront homes, I’ve learned so much and found out how important it is for a client to have a broker with knowledge of their particular situation. One of my greatest strengths is working with our military, which I love. The VA Home Buying process can be pretty complex. If you don’t have a broker who knows the process inside and out, what the lender needs, how to structure offers, how to lower their monthly payments, how to get sellers to pay to break your lease if you have one, etc…, it can make it hard for a buyer to get into a home. This is whise I thrive and get so excited for my Military families when their offers get accepted and beat out numerous othiss, just from some minor changes in how to structure their offer.

Whethis you are purchasing a waterfront home and want a broker knowledgeable about tideland rights, certain studies they should do, etc., trying to buy with no down payment or closing costs, or buying a mobile home in a park, I’m your guy. I will always have your best interest in mind.
